The ZOLID.SLAB is powered by an Intel® Celeron® and provides powerful performance for demanding applications. Additionally, it features three HDMI 2.0 interfaces, enabling simple and quick usage with multiple screens. The fanless design ensures silent operation. This model is therefore perfectly suited for production and office workplaces.

In conjunction with centralized management by the openthinclient Management Server, the openthinclient® model boots via the network (PXE). Using the optionally integrated SSD, the ThinClient can also be booted locally – after the appropriate configuration in the management software*.

Warranty

Hardware Warranty
ThinClients, due to the fact that they don’t have fans or moving parts, generally have a long lifespan. However, if a ThinClient ever fails to operate, your device will be repaired or replaced free of charge within the warranty period.

RMA Process (Product Return)
For an RMA report, please use our ticket system.
Once a new case is created, it will be checked whether the ThinClient is still within the hardware warranty period.
You will then receive a return merchandise authorization form, which you should include with the returned product for proper identification.
Please follow these instructions.

Warranty Conditions
openthinclient GmbH’s offer is exclusively directed to commercial customers (B2B).

ThinClient hardware is sold exclusively with a warranty; a purchase without a warranty is not possible. The hardware warranty covers the technical readiness of the devices. Comprehensive warranty services (full maintenance) for software functions are available in connection with a software lease contract of the openthinclient Management Server.

The buyer must promptly inspect the delivered goods upon receipt for any defects and notify openthinclient of any existing defects.

In the event of warranty claims in B2B business, the buyer bears the cost of returning the goods to openthinclient.

Authorization for Use & Support

When purchasing ThinClient hardware, the usage rights & support for the openthinclient software is included for a duration of 24 months.
Free Use of the Software

You can use the openthinclient software both for this ThinClient model and for your own client hardware (e.g., existing PCs) with an installation size of up to 24 ThinClients free of charge.
For support, please use the free Community Support.
For professional support, it’s necessary to register an installation of 25 or more ThinClients.

Obtaining Usage Rights

When purchasing ThinClient hardware, enter the Server-ID of your installation in the delivery address.
For installations with 25 or more ThinClients, you will receive professional support with guaranteed response times.
If you use hardware from other providers in addition to openthinclient devices, you must purchase additional usage rights for them.
You can verify the registration of your installation at https://support.openthinclient.com.
There, you’ll also find the corresponding usage rights – if your openthinclient server has unrestricted internet access, it will automatically retrieve these; if not, you can copy & paste them from the registration ticket and enter them into the appropriate field in the openthinclient manager.
