Shipping within Germany

Shipping within Germany is done with DHL.
The shipment is insured for a value of goods up to 500 euros.
The shipping costs are without VAT.

Shipping outside Germany

The shipment is via DHL Premium and is insured for a value of goods up to 500 euros.insured shipping and delivery to countries,
which are not listed on request.

Delivery time

Unless otherwise stated in the article description, the delivery of the goods in Germany will be made within 1 – 3 days
after receipt of order, for foreign deliveries correspondingly longer.

In case of prepayment, the shipment will be made after receipt of payment. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Note on VAT for invoicing to third countries

“Other services” not taxable in Germany. Local direct and indirect taxes shall be borne by the customer

Payment methods

When shopping in our webshop you can choose between the following payment methods:

Prepayment/bank transfer

Upon completion of the order, you will receive an order confirmation. Please pay the invoice amount shown there including freight costs and VAT. After receipt of payment we will send the ordered goods to you.

PayPal

Pay quickly and easily via PayPal immediately after completing the order.
Your order will be processed by us as soon as possible.

Invoice

For commercial customers, we offer purchase on account upon request after a credit check. Payment term 8 days without deductions.
