Delivery within Germany

Shipping within Germany is via DHL.
The shipment is insured for goods up to 500 Euros.
The shipping costs are exclusive of statutory value-added tax.

Shipping outside Germany

The shipment will be via DHL Premium and is insured for goods up to 500 Euros. Insured shipping and delivery to countries,
which are not listed on request.

Delivery time

Unless otherwise specified in the product description, delivery of goods within Germany will take place within 1-3 days.
upon receipt of your order, longer for international deliveries respectively.

With advance payment, shipping will take place after receipt of payment. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

VAT Notice for Invoicing (Software Rental Agreement) to a Third Country

„Other services“ not taxable in Slovenia (domestic). Local direct and indirect taxes are borne by the client

Upon completion of the order, you will receive an order confirmation. Please pay the invoice amount shown, including freight costs and VAT. We will send the ordered goods to you once payment has been received.

Pay quickly and easily via PayPal immediately after completing your order.
Your order will be processed as quickly as possible.

Invoice

For commercial customers, we offer purchase on account subject to a credit check, if requested. Payment is due within 8 days, net.
