Warranty

Hardware Warranty
ThinClients generally have a long lifespan due to the absence of fans and moving parts. However, if a ThinClient ever fails, your device will be repaired or replaced free of charge within the warranty period.

RMA Process (Return Merchandise Authorization)
To submit an RMA, please use our ticketing system. After creating a new case, we will verify if the ThinClient is still within the hardware warranty period. You will then receive a return shipping label, which you should include for further processing of the return shipment. Please follow this guide.

Warranty Terms
The offer from openthinclient GmbH is exclusively directed at business customers (B2B). ThinClient hardware is sold exclusively with a warranty; purchase without warranty is not possible. The hardware warranty covers the technical operational readiness of the devices. Full warranty coverage (full maintenance) for software functions is available in conjunction with a software rental agreement for the openthinclient management server. The buyer is required to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt for any defects and notify openthinclient of any issues. For warranty claims in B2B transactions, the buyer bears the cost of returning the goods to openthinclient. Further information can be found here.
