Authorization (RMA) Process
For an RMA report, please use our ticket system. After a new case has been created, it will be checked whether the thin client is still within the hardware warranty period. You will then receive a return merchandise authorization slip, which you should include for further assignment of the return delivery. Please follow this description.

Thin client hardware is sold exclusively with warranty, a purchase without warranty is not possible. The hardware warranty covers the technical operational readiness of the devices. Comprehensive warranty service (full maintenance) for software functions is obtained in connection with a software rental contract from the openthinclient management server.
The buyer must promptly inspect the delivered goods for any possible defects upon receipt and report any existing defects to openthinclient.
In the case of warranty claims in B2B business, the buyer bears the costs of returning the goods to openthinclient.
