Hardware Warranty
Thin Clients typically have a long lifespan due to the fact that they do not have fans or moving parts. However, if a Thin Client malfunctions during the warranty period, your device will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
RMA Process (Return Merchandise Authorization)
For an RMA report, please use our ticket system. After creating a new ticket, we will verify if the Thin Client is still within the hardware warranty period. You will then receive a return merchandise authorization form, which you should include for further processing of the return shipment. Please follow this description.
Warranty Conditions
The openthinclient gmbh offer is exclusively for commercial customers (B2B).
Thin Client hardware is only sold with a warranty; it is not possible to purchase without a warranty. The hardware warranty covers the technical operability of the devices. Full warranty service (full maintenance) for software functions is provided in connection with a software rental contract for the openthinclient management server.
The buyer must inspect the delivered goods for any defects promptly upon receipt and notify openthinclient of any existing defects.
For warranty claims in B2B transactions, the buyer bears the cost of returning the goods to openthinclient.
