The model SOLID.PEBBLE.2 is a robust Thin Client in an extremely compact design. Its sturdy aluminium housing and serial interfaces make it the ideal choice for use in industrial environments. However, it is also perfectly suited for office use, thanks to the three display ports which offer a diverse range of connection options. In demanding environments, such as Warehouse clearance or production lines, This ensures that dust particles or residue cannot settle in the housing thanks to passive cooling technology.
In connection with central administration by the openthinclient Management Server* boots the openthinclientĀ® model via network (PXE). By using the optionally integrated SSD, the ThinClient can ā after appropriate configuration in the management software* ā also locally booted.

Hardware warranty
Thin clients generally have a long lifespan due to the fact that they do not have fans or moving parts. However, if a thin client does fail, your device will be repaired or replaced free of charge within the warranty period.
RMA Process (Goods Returns)
For an RMA notification, please use our ticket system.
After creating a new case, a check is performed to see if the ThinClient is still within the hardware warranty period.
You will then receive a goods return slip, which you should enclose for further allocation of the return.

Terms and conditions of guarantee
The offering of openthinclient gmbh is exclusively aimed at commercial customers (B2B).
Thin client hardware is sold exclusively with a warranty; it is not possible to purchase it without one. The hardware warranty covers the technical readiness of the devices for operation. Comprehensive warranty service (full maintenance) for software functions is provided in conjunction with a software rental agreement for the openthinclient management server.
The buyer must check the delivered goods for any defects immediately upon receipt and notify any existing defects.
In the case of warranty claims in B2B business, the buyer bears the costs of returning the goods to openthinclient.
