In connection with central administration by the openthinclient management server* boots the openthinclient® model per Network (PXE). By using the integrated SSD, the thin client – once configured accordingly in the management software* – also locally booted.

Hardware warranty
Thin clients generally have a long lifespan due to the fact that they do not have fans or moving parts. However, if a thin client does fail, your device will be repaired or replaced free of charge within the warranty period.
RMA Process (Goods Returns)
For an RMA notification, please use our ticket system.
After creating a new case, a check is performed to see if the ThinClient is still within the hardware warranty period.
You will then receive a goods return slip, which you should enclose for further allocation of the return.

Terms and conditions of guarantee
The offering of openthinclient gmbh is exclusively aimed at commercial customers (B2B).
Thin client hardware is sold exclusively with a warranty; it is not possible to purchase it without one. The hardware warranty covers the technical readiness of the devices for operation. Comprehensive warranty service (full maintenance) for software functions is provided in conjunction with a software rental agreement for the openthinclient management server.
The buyer must check the delivered goods for any defects immediately upon receipt and notify any existing defects.
In the case of warranty claims in B2B business, the buyer bears the costs of returning the goods to openthinclient.

You can use the openthinclient software free of charge for this ThinClient model as well as for your own client hardware, e.g. existing PCs, with an installation size of up to 24 ThinClients.
