With the Intel Celeron processor of the J series, the BLACK.DOMINO.II Strong computing power with low energy consumption and its fanless design ensures silent operation and low maintenance. Equipped with two DisplayPorts, With its elegant housing and an additional stand, the client offers considerable versatility.

The BLACK.DOMINO.II also has an internal storage medium (8GB eMMC) and is therefore universal with PXE- or Localboot applicable.

Guarantee

Hardware warranty
Thin clients generally have a long service life due to the fact that they have no fans or moving parts. However, if a ThinClient fails to work, your device will be repaired or replaced free of charge within the warranty period.

RMA procedure (return of goods)
Please use our ticket system to submit an RMA report.
After creating a new process, the system checks whether the ThinClient is still within the hardware warranty period.
You will then receive a goods return bill, which you should enclose for further allocation of the return delivery.

Warranty conditions
The offer of openthinclient gmbh is aimed exclusively at commercial customers (B2B).

ThinClient hardware is sold exclusively with a warranty; it is not possible to purchase it without a warranty. The hardware warranty covers the technical operational readiness of the devices. You receive full warranty service (full maintenance) for software functions in conjunction with a software rental agreement for the openthinclient management server.

The Buyer must inspect the delivered goods for any defects immediately upon receipt and notify openthinclient of any defects.

In the case of warranty claims in B2B business, the buyer shall bear the costs of returning the goods to openthinclient.

Authorization of use & support

Advantage

The purchase of ThinClient hardware includes the right to use and support the openthinclient software for a period of 24 months*.

*Only in conjunction with a BUSINESS 50 package. The price of the BUSINESS 50 package is reduced by the value of the usage authorizations already included with the purchase of the hardware. The term begins on the delivery date.

For professional support it is necessary to have a BUSINESS 50 Package to order.

Free use of the software (without support)
You can use the openthinclient software free of charge for this ThinClient model as well as for your own client hardware, e.g. existing PCs with an installation size of up to 24 ThinClients.
