RMA Process (Goods Returns)
For an RMA notification, please use our ticket system.
After creating a new case, it is checked whether the ThinClient is still within the warranty period.
You will then receive a goods return slip, which you should enclose for further allocation of the return.

Warranty conditions
The offering of openthinclient gmbh is exclusively aimed at commercial customers (B2B).
The warranty period is 24 months from the date of delivery.
The buyer must check the delivered goods for any defects immediately upon receipt and notify any existing defects.
In warranty claims for business-to-business transactions, the buyer bears the costs of returning the goods to openthinclient.
