Shipping within Germany

Shipping within Germany is carried out by DHL.
The shipment is insured for a value of goods up to 500 euros.
The shipping costs are exclusive of VAT.

The shipment is made via DHL Premium and is insured for a value of goods up to 500 euros. insured shipping and delivery to countries,
that are not listed on request.

Delivery time

If no other period is specified in the item description, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1 - 3 days
after receipt of order, correspondingly longer for deliveries abroad.

If you pay in advance, the goods will be dispatched after receipt of payment. Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Note on VAT for invoicing (software rental contract) to third countries

„Other services“ are not taxable in Switzerland. Local direct and indirect taxes shall be borne by the client

Payment methods

When shopping in our webshop, you can choose between the following payment methods:

Prepayment/bank transfer

You will receive an order confirmation upon completion of the order. Please pay the invoice amount shown there, including freight costs and VAT. After receipt of payment, we will send the ordered goods to you.

PayPal

Pay quickly and easily via PayPal immediately after completing your order.
We will process your order as quickly as possible.

Invoice

For commercial customers, we offer purchase on account on request after a credit check. Payment term 8 days without deductions.
