The ZOLID.SLAB is powered by an Intel® Celeron® and offers a Powerful performance for demanding applications. It also has three HDMI 2.0 interfaces, which makes it quick and easy to use with multiple screens. The fanless design does not generate any noise. The model is therefore ideal for Production and office workstations.
In conjunction with centralized management by the openthinclient Management Server* boots the openthinclient® model via network (PXE). By using the optional integrated SSD, the ThinClient - after the corresponding configuration in the management software* - can be can also be booted locally.

Guarantee
Hardware warranty
Thin clients generally have a long service life due to the fact that they have no fans or moving parts. However, if a ThinClient fails to work, your device will be repaired or replaced free of charge within the warranty period.
RMA procedure (return of goods)
Please use our ticket system to submit an RMA report.
After creating a new process, the system checks whether the ThinClient is still within the hardware warranty period.
You will then receive a goods return bill, which you should enclose for further allocation of the return delivery.

Warranty conditions
The offer of openthinclient gmbh is aimed exclusively at commercial customers (B2B).
ThinClient hardware is sold exclusively with a warranty; it is not possible to purchase it without a warranty. The hardware warranty covers the technical operational readiness of the devices. You receive full warranty service (full maintenance) for software functions in conjunction with a software rental agreement for the openthinclient management server.
The Buyer must inspect the delivered goods for any defects immediately upon receipt and notify openthinclient of any defects.
In the case of warranty claims in B2B business, the buyer shall bear the costs of returning the goods to openthinclient.

Authorization of use & support
Advantage
The purchase of ThinClient hardware includes the right to use and support the openthinclient software for a period of 24 months*.
*Only in conjunction with a BUSINESS 50 package. The price of the BUSINESS 50 package is reduced by the value of the usage authorizations already included with the purchase of the hardware. The term begins on the delivery date.
