Free use of the software
You can use the openthinclient-software for our thinclients as well as your own client hardware (eg existing PCs) with an installation size of up to 49 thinclients free of charge.
For support, please use the free community support. For professional support it is necessary to register an installation from 50 thinclients.

Usage authorization
For the professional use of the openthinclient-software from 50 ThinClients please order the corresponding usage authorization here in the webshop. Enter the server-ID of your installation at the delivery address.
For installations of 50 ThinClients or more, you receive professional support with guaranteed response times. When purchasing openthinclient-hardware, a usage authorization for 24 months is included.
For all general registration questions, usage authorization for hardware purchases made in the past, please use our support portal.
